Welcome to Longevity Athletics, a fitness facility located in Maricopa, AZ. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

  • Membership and Fees

  • Use of Facilities and Equipment

    Members are expected to follow all posted rules and regulations, including dress code and conduct standards. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of membership.

  • Equipment Use:

    Members must use equipment in accordance with the instructions provided. Misuse of equipment can result in injury and may lead to suspension or termination of membership.

  • Health and Safety

  • Medical Clearance:

    Members should consult with a physician before starting any exercise program. Longevity Athletics is not responsible for any health issues that arise from participation in our programs or use of our facilities.

  • Injury and Liability:

    Members use our facilities and equipment at their own risk. Longevity Athletics is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur on our premises.

  • Personal Belongings:

    Members are responsible for their personal belongings. Longevity Athletics is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

  • Code of Conduct

  • Respectful Behavior:
    Members must treat staff, trainers, and other members with respect. Harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Cleanliness:

    Members are expected to clean equipment after use and maintain personal hygiene standards.

  • Prohibited Activities:

    Smoking, alcohol, and drug use are strictly prohibited on our premises.

  • Personal Training and Classes

  • Personal Training:

    Personal training sessions are available for an additional fee. Members must adhere to the terms of their personal training agreement.

  • Classes:

    Group fitness classes are included in certain membership packages. Class schedules are subject to change, and availability may be limited.

  • Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Longevity Athletics reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify members of any significant changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

  • Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Arizona. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Arizona.
